We’re proud to have completed the pointing and brick repair on the iconic Grade II listed Rutland Mills in Wakefield, now transformed into the vibrant creative and cultural hub, Tileyard North.
Originally built in the 1870s as a spinning mill, this historic site had stood empty since 1999, with its nine listed buildings falling into disrepair. Thanks to regeneration efforts, it’s now home to artists, musicians, event spaces, a boutique hotel, and more – breathing new life into a piece of our heritage.
At Holland Pointing Specialists, we’re passionate about preserving history while paving the way for the future.
